These cars can be used as an alternative of public transport or taxis by travelers arriving at train stations or park houses and want to drive to places in the inner city not permitted by private cars. Electric cars will be used to reduce the pollution in the inner part of the city. The cars will be parked in the park houses distributed over the city. To guarantee optimal occupation of the cars and to allow users to reserve a car, a car scheduling system and car tracking system is needed. In this paper we report about the design of an ad-hoc wireless communication system and a planning
system. A software prototype of both systems has been implemented to working prototypes. We will report about the test results.</style>
</record></records></xml>
